Linux Install Issues

My experiences with installing Linux distributions.

I got fed up with driver issues in Fedora. Since I've switched to Ubuntu, my whole Linux experience has been a lot better.
I've been using the Xubuntu dialect of Ubuntu, because of its snappier desktop.


KWorld ATSC 110 HDTV Video Capture

After endless of hacking with the ATI classic all-in-wonder(less) card and Gatos drivers, I gave up and went shopping for a replacement card.  The KWorld ATSC 110 HTDV, was as easy to get to work as a mouse.
